J-Harris Creates “LoveJonesNYC”
NY’s Newest Celebration of the Arts
Lovers of music, spoken word, art and dance will be treated to an evening of artistic expressions on Thursday, March 26th at 9 pm at the first “LoveJonesNYC” event to be hosted by J-Harris. Featured artists for this fusion of art in Tribeca will be Universal Records recording artist, Jeremiah; BET & Apollo’s 3 time winner, spoken word artist, Messiah; “Lion King’s” Soulful singer/actor, Sophia Nicole, and International dancer and choreographer, Lashonna; Artist/Painter Nathan Jalanie, and J-Harris. The musicians accompanying the artists for the evening include saxophonist Brandon Primus, international guitarist Akil Desean, and Amel Larriuex’s bassist Keith Witty. The mic will be open for audience guests who also want to express themselves.
LoveJonesNYC will take place at the Tribeca hot spot Duane Park Restaurant & Lounge, known for its intimate and beautiful decor and exquisite blend of New Orleans and Southern Cuisine, and located at 157 Duane St., between W. Broadway & Hudson. Dinner is optional. Showtime is 10:00 pm. Love Tickets are $12.00 for the 21 and older crowd. Reservations are recommended as seats are limited.
